ADHD adventures

Miko the Meerkat and Lizzy the Lizard live in the hot and dry Kalahari Desert. The desert is full of surprises and adventures. Miko loves to pop in and out of burrows to explore. Lizzy enjoys imagining about the stars in the sky. They are best friends who do everything together. Every day is a new adventure for them. They both have a special way of seeing the world.

Miko and Lizzy are best friends and do everything together! Miko is bright and friendly. He loves moving from place to place and can’t stay still. Lizzy is clever and loves to imagine about the stars. Sometimes, she forgets to listen in class because her mind is always racing. Despite their differences, they have a lot of fun together. They are always there for each other.

Miko is a lively meerkat who loves exploring the Kalahari. He enjoys popping out of burrows to see what’s around. Miko likes moving from place to place and finds it hard to stay still. He is always curious and full of energy. His friends often see him running around. Miko's excitement makes him very special. He loves learning new things every day.

Lizzy is a clever lizard with a mind that never stops racing. She loves to imagine about the stars in the sky. Sometimes, she forgets to listen in class because she’s daydreaming. Her thoughts move very fast, making it hard to focus. Lizzy enjoys thinking about the universe and its wonders. She has a big imagination. Her dreams make her unique and special.

Miko and Lizzy are different from their friends because they both have ADHD. Miko struggles to stay still in class and often gets distracted. He loves digging burrows and forgets about his lessons. Lizzy also finds it hard to focus in class. She is easily distracted by the clouds and forgets her homework. Their ADHD makes learning a bit challenging. But they are determined to do their best.

Miko struggled to stay still in class. He was always digging burrows and often got distracted during his How to Spot a Predator class. Lizzy also struggled in class. She couldn’t focus on her sun safety class because of how fast her thoughts were moving. She was easily distracted by the clouds in the sky. Often, she forgot to take down her homework. It was tough for both of them.

Miko and Lizzy struggled in class, but their ADHD was an advantage! After visiting Dr. Wild, the Wildebeest, Miko and Lizzy learned to manage their ADHD. Dr. Wild gave them tips and tricks to help them focus. Miko started using his energy in a fun way. Lizzy learned to organize her thoughts. They both felt much better. They were ready to do their best.

Miko became the captain of the sand surfing team and had the fastest record in the desert! He was also top of his insect tracking class. Miko created the first-ever pair of insect spy goggles. Lizzy enjoyed stargazing and was top of her astronomy class. She could name every constellation. Even though Miko and Lizzy had tough times with their ADHD, they learned cool tricks to help them. They felt happy and proud of their achievements.
